Returns, Made Effortless.
If a piece isn't right, we make it right. Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How it works
- Initiate your return from your account or by contacting the concierge.
- We schedule complimentary pickup within two business days.
- Refund is issued upon authentication back at our facility, typically within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Fragrance, beauty products, custom orders, engraved items and final-sale pieces cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags and authenticity cards.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or piece, complete a return and place a new order. Our concierge will honor the original price for exchanges initiated within 14 days.
